Jason H. Connor primarily practices environmental and public records law, with a focus on citizen suit enforcement and impact litigation. He has experience with FOIA, NEPA, and RCRA, as well as enforcement actions brought under the Clean Water and Clean Air Acts.
Before joining Greenfire Law, Jason was the Food Project Fellow at Public Justice. There, he assisted senior attorneys in promoting transparency, sustainability, and consumer protection within the agricultural industry, using creative impact litigation to hold corporate polluters and idle agencies accountable. Jason earned his law degree from New York University School of Law, where he worked with attorneys at the Natural Resources Defense Council to achieve environmentally just outcomes for underserved communities.
Besides lawyering, Jason is a visual artist and avid hiker. On weekends you can find him at the Berkeley Public Library behind a stack of oversized books on early-20th Century painters.
